I grew up traveling across the United States with my family and decided never to stop. My roots are from Michigan, but my happy feet take me from coast to coast where I explore recreational and outdoor adventure opportunities in tourism hubs. I have a passion to discover the parallels and contrasts between diverse people and to see the world through the locals’ eyes.
Setting out with a Parks and Recreation degree from Central Michigan University, I discovered various seasonal jobs throughout North America. My blog is about these travels and seasonal jobs. Seasonal employment life is comparable to adult summer camp regardless if you’re in Yellowstone, a ski town, an island, or even Alaska. My blog is about the pros and cons living this lifestyle and the in between adventures.
I will be continuing my travels in the states for one more year and then I’ll be venturing on my first international trip in June 2019!
